A place of transition that combines past, present and future: an existing colonial villa dialogues with a new L-shaped volume, hosting selected regional specialty shops, a restaurant, co-working spaces and offices.

The metal mesh cladding that connects the old and new structures in a semi-transparent “cloud” is enhanced by the lighting design, which emphasizes its materials and iconic architecture.
